Chicken Curry with Cabbage and Peas
Ingredients
- 300g Button Mushrooms
- 300g Fresh Tomatoes (sliced)
- 1 tin Tomatoes
- 100g Frozen Peas
- 2 Small Birds Eye Chilli (Lightly Bashed and finely chopped)
- 1 cube Vegetable Stock
- 2 teaspoons Curry Powder
- 120g Chicken Breast (cut into cubes or strips)
- 1 bulb Garlic (crushed)
- 600g White Cabbage (roughly chopped)
- 1 Small Onion (Finely Chopped)
