1 Small Birds Eye Chilli (Lightly Bashed and finely chopped)
1 bulb Garlic (crushed)
1 cube Vegetable Stock
2 tablespoons Teriyake Sauce
1 cup CousCous
Directions
Step 1
Put mushrooms into a pan with one table spoon of peanut oil
Step 2
Fry on a high heat until brown
Step 3
Then spread mushrooms out onto kitchen paper and place another paper towel on top and remove as much oil as possible then put the mushrooms into a large bowl

Then add the chopped onion, add crushed garlic, add chilli, add sliced chicken breast
add teriyaki sauce then mix everything and allow to stand for 30 mins

After 30 mins put contents of bowl into a pan and bring to the boil. You can add water if too dry and add salt and pepper to taste then cover and cook for 30mins
Step 6
Whilst the chicken mix is cooking to make couscous boil 2 cups of water, add a vegetable cube then put 1 cup of couscous into the boiling water and cook for rhe required time
Step 7
Once the chicken has cooked then add the pre-prepared couscous and cook for a further 5 mins and then serve
