Simple Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
- 90g Carrots (Sliced into Rings)
- 1 Small Onion (chopped)
- 1 Medium Green Pepper (Sliced)
- 1 Medium Red Pepper (Sliced)
- 300g Fresh Tomatoes (Quartered)
- 300g Buttom Mushrooms (halved)
- 175g Baby Sweetcorn and Sugar Snap Peas
- 1 Small Birds Eye Chilli (Lightly Bashed)
- 1 cube Vegetable Stock
“No Frills” Chicken Soup

- 1 Small Fresh Chicken Carcass (Use the breast and legs for other delicious recipes)
- Half Small Onion (Chopped)
- 2 Medium Fresh Tomatoes (Quartered)
- 2 Small Carrots (chopped diagonally)
- 1 cube Chicken Stock
Chicken Soup with a Twist!
Ingredients
- 120g Chicken Breast (thinly sliced)
- 150g Button Mushrooms
- Half Small Onion (Finely Chopped)
- 1 Small Birds Eye Chilli (Lightly Bashed and finely chopped)
- 1 bulb Garlic (crushed)
- 1 cube Vegetable Stock
