Ingredients
- 90g Carrots (chopped thickly)
- 1 Medium Onion (chopped)
- 1 Medium Green Pepper (sliced)
- 1 Medium Red Pepper (sliced)
- 1 can Tomatoes
- 300g Mushrooms (roughly chopped)
- 175g Baby Sweetcorn and Sugar Snap Peas
- 1 Small Birds Eye Chilli (Lightly Bashed and finely chopped)
- 1 cube Vegetable Stock
