Italian Fish Fillets with Green Beans
Ingredients
- 2 pieces Cod Fish Fillets
- 1 bulb Garlic (Sliced)
- HandfulDried Chillis
- 1 teaspoon Capers (Italian (if you can))
- HandfulPitted Black Olives
- 2 cans Cherry Tomatoes
- Fresh Parsley
- Fresh Basil
- 200g French Green Beans (topped and tailed)
- Olive Oil
Directions
Step 1

Heat olive oil in pan and coat fish in flour and fry fish till brown on both sides |
Step 2

Take out the fish and put to one side |
Step 3

Now add half of the sliced garlic, chilli, capers, black olives. tinned cherry tomatoes, and fresh parsley and stir and cook for about 3 mins |
Step 4

Then put the fish back in for 2-3 mins and add a little extra salt and keep warm whilst the sauce is cooking |
Step 5

Now for the sauce, in a separate pan, add olive oil and heat till hot |
Step 6

Add the rest of the sliced garlic, the other tinned cherry tomatoes, fresh basil then the French green beans |
Step 7

Add a shot of water, pinch of salt |
Step 8
|
Stir and then put the lid on and cook for 15mins |
Step 9
|
Then serve the fish with the sauce and crunchy bread |
