Leftover Cooked Turkey Curry
Ingredients
- 1 handful Cooked Turkey (Roughly chopped and/or cubed/shredded)
- 1 Medium Onion (Chopped)
- 1 Medium Green Pepper (chopped thickly)
- Salt and Black Pepper (To Taste)
- Garam Masala Powder (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Brandy
- carton Single Cream

Directions
Step 1

Head a large frying pan or wok and add a knob of butter |
Step 2

Add the onions until slightly soft then add the green pepper till slightly soft |
Step 3

Add the turkey and stir and cook through for about 5 mins |
Step 4

Then add the curry powder and stir in so that all the ingredients are covered in the curry powder |
Step 5
|
Then add the sugar and salt and pepper to taste |
Step 6
|
Then add the brandy and ignite then add the cream and stir in till cooked through |
Step 7
|
Serve with rice |
