MEDITERRANEAN TURKEY
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 Large Turkey Breasts (Cubed)
- 1 bulb Garlic (Crushed)
- 1 Large Onion (Chopped)
- 1 tin Tomatoes
- 1 cube Beef Stock
- 1 Medium Green Pepper (Sliced)
- pinch Salt & Pepper (To Taste)
Directions
Step 1

Put a fair amount of olive oil on a low heat |
Step 2

Put onion in and garlic and pepper |
Step 3
|
Stir into olive oil and sweat |
Step 4
|
Put in tin tomatoes and cover on a low heat adding the beef cube and seasoning and cook for 20mins |
Step 5

Then, put the turkey in a wok and fry them until they are brown |
Step 6
|
Drain off excess oil and put turkey into the sauce. Stir together and cook for 15mins |
Step 7
|
Prepare chunks of potatoes. Air Fry potatoes for 20mins or until golden brown and then add to the sauce for 15 mins |
