Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 1 Small Onion (Chopped)
- 1 bulb Garlic (Chopped)
- 1l Water
- pinch teaspoon Salt (Or to Taste)
- pinch teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper (Or to Taste)
- 1 cube Chicken Stock
- 1/2 head Cabbage (Cored and coarsely chopped)
- 1 tin Chopped Tomatoes

Directions

In a large cookware pot, heat olive oil over medium heat | |

Stir in onion and garlic; cook until onion is transparent, for about 5 minutes. | |

Now pour in the water, and add the salt and pepper. Bring to the boil, then stir in stock cubes and cabbage. | |

Simmer until the cabbage wilts, which will take about 10 minutes. | |
Step 5 | |
Now stir in the chopped tomatoes and bring to the boil, then turn down the heat and simmer for approx 15 to 30 minutes, stirring often. | |
