Ingredients

  • 300g Button Mushrooms
  • 300g Fresh Tomatoes (sliced)
  • 1 tin Tomatoes
  • 100g Frozen Peas
  • 2 Small Birds Eye Chilli (Lightly Bashed and finely chopped)
  • 1 cube Vegetable Stock
  • 2 teaspoons Curry Powder
  • 120g Chicken Breast (cut into cubes or strips)
  • 1 bulb Garlic (crushed)
  • 600g White Cabbage (roughly chopped)
  • 1 Small Onion (Finely Chopped)
